They are many factor in komering society that gave influences to social, economic, culture in their life, komering people has attitude because its had been along time ago like the others society in south Sumatra Indonesia the attitude is Rantau (Going somewhere for change their life)its because they got influences from the people who got success and came from rantau to built komering.

Because the influences from the people who had came to home town, it makes the people from out side of komering knows well the komering people mine while the komering people try to change slowly but its sure their behavior and their attitude, their way of life and solving their own problems. The change of their life has got influences from the government of South Sumatra too that the government always try to give them chance to be step forward like the other region in south Sumatra and they hope komering could join in the era globalization.

From that aim the people in komering could accept that point its cause the influences from the people who came to home town (Orang Rantau). Orang rantau has many influences in komeriong people because they has great education and formal background.

There is one question in my mind…… is that all the culture value in Komering would be change in modern culture like in the big city and all the family line and brotherhood would be disappear like in the modern culture (individualism)

All people and all regional has same right to became motivator to make better place but all culture has the same right to not to change their culture………… its all go back in our self.

Hope all culture still has and always have their traditional value that came from their great background society

Stigma For Komering

I have been reading in one of the articles in English write about two man from another country came to komering just for pass away but they asked the driver “did you afraid to pass this way (komering village) the driver said no i didn’t afraid (he took knife from the dashboard).

From that story that never finish because the writer never told are they continue their way in komering village or they took the different way.

From that article we could conclusion that the people in komering are criminalizm and too close to the violence,and every body has knows about it,eventhoght in a while world.

The komering people fells that is not true because it’s just like in one organization if one of them does some thing wrong and every body will thought that tey are the same.

The criminal actualy shows because of the economyc problem not came from their attitudes, for example many people from komering are been success such as the gaberneur of south sumatera (Syahrial Oesman)

The komering people are verry disipline in religion the culture and they are verry polite to their parents, and also the culture that call “GORO” helping and caring each other still exist

But the stigma violence has always make miss understanding from the people who cames from the different place in indonesia, they knows that komering as a crimals, radical it’s make komering verry disappointed and many of komering’s said they are came from palembang if they had been asked from another person.

What are the background of that stigma in komering societies, the komering’s has the strong fell’s about their culture and will more strong when the face another people from another culture (ethnocentrism)

“If the welfare for the citizen of komering are equal it must been change everything in komering such us the attitude,without that komering people will always has that stigma”

Who Are the Komering

The People Of Komering lived and stayed in south east of Sumatra Indonesia, from palembang (the capital city) about 2 hours to tanjung lubuk (the first village in komering),

Komering the name of komering its took from the name of the river which start from the Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Baturaja (the capital city) to Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Kayu Agung (the Capital City), The most People are moslem.

The most citizen of komering are a farmer and some of them are plant the fruit such a durian, Rambutan and the famous fruit from komering is DUKU,Duku komering has a special taste and that why duku from komering verry diffrent from duku which produce from another place in indonesia.

House of Komering

If we see a flash of House Komering is just like the modern house which has two floor but the different are in the function of the first floor in a long time ago function of the first floor is for hold the flood but during the change of time the function of the first floor has change too, now days they use the first floor for build the store or they build a dinner for the people who want to go to Palembang or pass threw the village of komering.

Language Of Komering

Komering Language verry different from the malay or the palembang language it self eventhough the komering is in south sumatera but it has almost same language with Lampung, but in komering society has many languages that has the different one and another.

What Komering Need

The universal problem in the midle of the komering society beside the poor problem because one (1) of three (3) komerings has no food to eat and also they need a healthy water beside the verry important is the education because many of komerings has no chance to get the good education.
